What I do

At Pocket EA, I work with executives when the way they are operating is no longer sustainable.

Over time, many senior leaders find themselves carrying far more of the organization than they should. Calendars become full of meetings. Decisions begin routing upward. Delegation becomes harder than it should be, and the executive becomes the point where everything eventually lands.

The result is constant urgency, decision fatigue, and very little space to think.

My work focuses on stabilizing that pressure.

With more than a decade of experience working alongside CEOs, VPs, and senior leaders in high-pressure environments, I specialize in helping executives restore clarity around how work actually moves through their organizations — especially during periods of growth, transition, or operational strain.

This goes beyond administrative support.

I assess how time, decisions, communication, and ownership are flowing across the business, then help rebuild the operational structure around the executive so leadership becomes manageable again. Calendars begin to reflect priorities. Decisions stop bottlenecking. Delegation becomes possible. Work moves forward without constant executive intervention.

The goal is not more process or unnecessary structure.

The goal is a calmer operating rhythm — one that allows leaders to focus on the work that only they can do.
